Goal


1. If I process a tracking event with the Driver tab containing 2 rows in the "Hours of Service Rule STATE" section containing "Time Utilized" for a rule, which agent action do I need to execute to apply those Hours of Service to the driver and redrive the driver and shipment?

2. If I process a tracking event with the Driver tab containing data in the "Hours of Service Rule SUMMARY" section containing "Time Driven" and "Time Worked", which agent action do I need to execute to apply those Hours of Service to the driver and redrive the driver and shipment?
