In R12 application, the Mass Additions Create program is not picking up capital invoices for transfer to Fixed Assets.

Steps to reproduce
In Payables, enter invoice information.

On line level set following:
- tracked as asset
- asset category nominated
- asset book entered,
- asset clearing account entered (asset account)

Then run the concurrent program 'Mass Additions Create'. But nothing is transferring.

Further information
Find that the lines get transferred if the distributions are manually updated with the above information:
- tracked as asset
- asset category nominated
- asset book entered,
- asset clearing account entered (asset account)

Expect this information to be defaulted from the lines to the distributions without manual intervention.
