Goal

When attempting to submit an order from iStore for a customer with a Candian Address the following error occurs. :-

Column p_location_id must have a value.
Unable to locate a valid Sales Tax rate for transaction.
Ensure that an active Sales Tax rate exists for the Location

However tax is being calculated via Vertex so why does this error occur ?
