R12: Collections Workbench - Unable To Add Task Note When Customer Type Is Person (Doc ID 1290659.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3 if you enter a task against a customer of type person - the Task Notes button does not open the expected window but the cursor jumps to the
first field Type and at the bottom of the screen message:

This is a mandatory field. Press Ctrl + L to see a list of values.

If the task is against a customer of type organization the button works fine and opens the window.
