Vacation Rules Do Not Work For Work Request Department Approvers (Doc ID 1290869.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Work request notifications are still sent to original approver even though he/she is on vacation. They should be forwarded to his/her delegate instead.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect notifications to be sent to the delegate.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User
2. Click on Vacation Rules and Select EAM Work Request Approval for Item Tpye
3. Select Start Date and End Date and create a Workrequest.
4.See that the workflow was not working.
