OM: Order Import errors for Internal Sales Order

Symptoms
Customer is importing internal sales order by running order import
and get the following errors:

ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Order_Cache Procedure Load_Cust_Trx_Type
User-Defined Exception in Package OE_Order_Cache Procedure get_tax_calculation_flag
We asked customer to update the order transaction type with a value of the receivable transaction type.
With this the error does not happen and the order is imported. But customer is unwilling to do this change as they say that it was working fine earlier and hence they do not want to make this change as they feel that there is no invoicing activity for ISO and hence receivable transaction type should not be mandatory for internal sales orders.
