GLPURGE: GL Archive and Purge



Symptoms

GLPURGE program ends with error on attempting to archive and purge balances from General Ledger(GL) module. This may reproduce for archiving balances or other areas (headers, lines, references). When running the concurrent, it shows error in the log file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. System Administrator > Attempt to archive and purge GL balances therefore run the concurrent GLPURGE: GL Archive and Purge
  2. View the log file, this shows error
