Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Transaction Fulfillment
You want to use the new Change Management functionality in 12.1.1 where you can cancel the Internal Sales order line and then the line in
Internal Req gets canceled. See <Note 883508.1> - Demo on New features 12.1.1: In Internal Sales Orders - Internal Requisitions Flow.
But when you attempt to cancel the internal sales order line, you get the following error:
ERROR
"Unable to save the changes as the corresponding Internal Requisition cannot be updated"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter Internal Req and approve it
2. Run Create Internal Order
3.Attempt to cancel the line on the new ISO
4.Error when the user tried to cancel the internal sales order line:
"Unable to save the changes as the corresponding Internal Requisition cannot be updated"
