Repair Order: Unable To Book Multiple Logistics Lines At One Time (Doc ID 1291354.1)

When selecting multiple logistics lines and clicking the 'Process' button to enter orders for each line, an order is created for only one Logistics line.

It is expected that an Order be created for *all* Logistics lines. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Oracle Application using a suitable responsibility (e.g. Depot Repair Manager).
2. Navigate to the Repair Order screen.
3. Create a Repair Order.
4. Create two Ship Logistics lines.
5. Select both lines and click 'enter order'.
6. Then click the 'Process' button.

=> The Order is only created for the last logistic line.
