Secondary Uom Quantity Input Through Transaction Interface Is Incorrect, On-hand Does not Show Value Passed In but a Calculated Value (Doc ID 1291816.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Inventory Convergence
Find after migrating the on-hand stock for dual conversion items using the mtl_transactions_interface and mtl_transaction_lots_interface tables the secondary UOM quantity is incorrect.  It is not showing the value passed in via the mtl_transactions_interface table. Primary quantity UOM is correct.
