Symptoms
Creation of new XML Template errors:
JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database during "Insert": SQL Statement " INSERT INTO XDO_TEMPLATES_VL after the installation of patch - 5612820.
The patch had introduced a new column DEFAULT_OUTPUT_TYPE, which has not been considered at the forms level of inserting a record. The update functionality works
