Goal

Many calendar changes can not be supported and are prevented by the form, throwing a FRM-40200 error when trying to update calendar/period data.

In general Note 1061798.1 clarifies what calendar changes can be supported in R12.

One open issue in the note was if its possible to change the ever first opened period within a new ledger as it was wrongly chosen. As it was possible to arrange a datafix in R11, this note now delivers all steps to apply a datafix solution in R12.
