Purchase Order Field on Receipts Form Not Updateable

Using form personalizations in AR
(N) Receipt --> Cash Application forms (ARXRWMAI)
using new folder in the cash application screen that includes the field APP_FOLDER.PURCHASE_ORDER to allow this field for insert or update.
After upgrading to AR.O, this field has become read only, even though our personalizations are still there.
Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Receipts > Receipts
Create Receipt
Go to Apply
Go to Folder > Show Field > Purchase Order
Field is grayed out with no personalization turned on
