Repair Order Error: 'FRM-41826: Cannot replace group; columns don't match LOV' After Patch 10634863:R12.CSD.A (Doc ID 1293456.1)

Symptoms

After applying Patch 10634863:R12.CSD.A, there is an issue in Repair Orders Screen -> Repair Tasks -> Owner LOV.
It is not possible to select an Owner for the repair task.

An error occurs in the status bar:

FRM-41826: Cannot replace group; columns don't match lov


STEPS
1. Apply Patch 10634863:R12.CSD.A - 12.0:CONSOLIDATED PATCH FOR BUG FIXES BETWEEN DATES 10-DEC-10 TO 10-JAN-11.
2. Open the Repair Order Workbench (CSDREPLN) and create a new RO with task
3. In the task tab, open the LOV for task owner
