Symptoms
When attempting to perform Relay Shipment Breakdown action where an equipment instance has not yet been assigned to a shipment, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Shipment DOMAIN.ID has not been assigned equipment yet.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an order release
2. Create a fleet shipment from the above release
3. Assign Driver by action Assign Driver To Shipment
4. Perform "Relay Shipment Breakdown" action (Driver Breakdown) and system gave reported error
