DATAFIX: Email Center - Unable To Load Account Details From The Database (Doc ID 1293964.1)

When attempting to select the Email Center Agent Console Responsibility by one particular agent the following error occurs.

'Unable to load account details from the database'

The rest of the agents are working fine with the application.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Oracle Applications
2. Select Email Center Agent Console Responsibility
