Find that there are ITM order lines within a sales order that is not progressing but are stucked at a status of 'AWAITING_EXPORT_SCREEN'. The problem started after the upgrade to Release 12.1.3. The debug log file shows the following error message.
msg_buffer ==> Error in Routine wsh.plsql.WSH_ITM_POST_PROCESS_HANDLER.CALL_CUSTOM_API, Oracle Error - 1

Error in Custom Procedure User-Defined Exception
Expect that all ITM order lines get progressed successfully.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new sales order.
2. Send the order to ITM adapter partner.
3. Find that some of the lines were not processed and remain at a status of 'AWAITING_EXPORT_SCREEN'.
