Symptoms

Attempting to create an adjustment or approving adjustments and receive the following error:

APP-FND-00756: Cannot find combination CCID=71135 CODE=GL#SET=50348

APP-AR-11526 arp_process_adjustment.update_adjustment exception

APP-AR-11526 arp_process_adjustment.update_adjustment exception. xls 95103 an internal error occured in the program xla events pkg. update_event.
No event exists for the document represented by the given source

APP-AR-11526: arp_process_adjustment.insert_adjustment exception:
ORA-20001: APP-AR-96024: Account Generator is unable to derive information for one or more of the following accounts: COA: 50369; Orig CCID: ; Sub CCID: 72165.
