Goal

How To Increase The Percentage Precision for Rate Record?

For example:

1- Create Rate Record.
2- Select Charge Operand
3- Enter a Charge Value (e.g. 0.095) with more than 2 decimal places

On save, you get "Percentage precision be less than 3" error.
