Symptoms

When attempting to enter a sick leave with no end dates
the following error occurs.

You must enter both the Actual start and end dates


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service
2. Leave of Absence
3. Create an Absence Request button
4. See the Create an Absence Request page.
Error
You must enter both the Actual start and end dates
Absence Type: Sick Leave
Start Date : 24-JAN-2011
En Date : Blank

Workaround
-----------------------
Entering the End Date the Absence Request as expected
