Receiving RMA Via Mobile Device ERROR - Create RMA Interface Record Failed No Records Match (Doc ID 1295666.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to receive against an RMA via mobile device the following error occurs.

Error

Create RMA interface record failed|No records match your selection

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will for problematic RMA by following steps below
1. Via the mobile device, step thru receiving process for RMA
2. Enter the required info
3. click 'Done' a then error msg appears on mobile device
