Symptoms


XML Publisher output from EBS concurrent requests  is displaying numeric values in the wrong format.

Instead of displaying the decimals '.' and commas ',' they are getting interpreted and rendered in the output as 'u' and 'n'.

The system profiles:

ICX:   Numeric Characters
XDO:  Numeric Characters

are set correctly.
