Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version,

Find that an order for a customer is not going on Credit Hold, even though the credit limit is set to $0 for the customer.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the order should go on hold unless there has been receipt for the entire cost of the order.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set customer credit limit to 0 PKR
2. Create a sales order for the customer in PKR.
3. book the order.
