Goal


Error hit when manager tried to approve leave application for the employee. Error message is

'oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException'.


The item_key is missing in HR_Transactions_API when the employee applied the leave application with status 'Working in Progress' and the notifications are sent to the manager for approval causing the error message.

Is anyone raised or related to this which when the leave application status 'Work in Progress', the notification is already sent to the manager for approval. How would this happen?
