R12: EBS Payables: 1099 Invoice Exceptions Report is Missing Distribution Line Amounts (Doc ID 1296273.1)

1099 Invoice Exception Report (APXT7INE.rdf) skips distributions for an invoice, when the invoice has distributions of the same amount and having the same distribution number. The report output displays only one distribution instead of two.
E.g:

Distribution 1 for line 1 has amount 10
Distribution 1 for line 2 has amount 10 also
The report output will only display one distribution for amount 10 and distribution number 1.
