Multiple Identical Notes (3 Times) Appearing In Isupport Service Request (Doc ID 1296607.1)

Symptoms

  Service Request Notes show triplicate values when viewed within iSupport

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
There should be not be a duplicate entry for the Note

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to the iSupport Application and view a Service Request
using the General Note setting.

Note triplicate values.
