Unable To Add PTO Model With Service Item As An Option (Doc ID 1296751.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry
When attempting to enter PTO model on new order,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Please enter required information-Service reference line_id"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. using order management responsibility
2. create a new sales order and start adding a PTO model.
after completing the option selection in PTO model when it loads the selections to OM order_lines,
it errors out with "Please enter required information-Service Reference Line ID"
