How To Remove Generic Additional Change Requests Section In iSupplier Portal (Doc ID 1297225.1)

How to hide "Additional Change Requests" section after opened a change request?

Steps to reproduce:
Enable personalizations, then:
1. Go to iSupplier Portal Full Access -> Orders at a Glance > Select PO XXXX
2. Click on Request Changes button
3. See Additional Change Requests section
4. Click on Personalize Region: Additional Change Requests
5. Click on Header: Additional Change Requests personalize pencil
6. Change Rendered to False
7. Click Apply button
8. Click Return to Application
Section is still showing even after changed Rendered to False to all the fields.
