Last updated on JULY 21, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle iSupport - Version 12.1.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In iSupport - Templates Administration, an error is shown when clicking on "Add Question" button or updating other information (i.e. Note Type).

Error:

HTTP 400 Bad Request
The webpage cannot be found.

Steps:

(R) Scripting Question Administrator
(N) Templates

 - Click on any Template
 - Click on one of the question
 - Click on back to Template
 - Click on Add Question

Now, when refreshing the page, the page can be seen properly.

It works when instead of first clicking on question then coming back on same page by clicking "Back to Template" and then clicking the Add question, when clicking on Add Question directly after clicking on any template then the page appears correctly.

This issue only happens when performing this scenario of going forward and coming back.
