Symptoms

The following error is encountered when trying to upload a budget that was downloaded via Web ADI in Excel using the Web ADI responsibility.

Error:
The results of the upload cannot be displayed.
Contact your system administrator if this problem persists.
This was due to a program fault. Leave this window open to have it make more attempts to display the upload results.
