Symptoms

When attempting to submit ASN as supplier, an error occurs. Due to this issue, Supplier users cannot create ASN's.

Processing Status Code 'Error'

Review of rcv_transactions_interface table shows following:

Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in as supplier to iSupplier Portal.
2. Create ASN.
3. Submit it.
4. Check status of ASN.
5. Observe that all ASN's are ending with Processing Status Code 'Error'
