Symptoms
Find Profile Option "OM: Item Change Honors Frozen Price" does not work as designed.
Expects freeze price to not allow a change to the price on order line.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a quote and interface to OM.
2. Set the Profile Option "OM: Item Change Honors Frozen Price" yes at site level.
3. on the entered order change the item, under pricing tab the Calculate price flag should be retained as "Freeze Price"
