STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an order release having the following information:

* Source Location with country AUS – time zone Australia/Perth;
* Destination Location with country ITA – time zone CET;
* Early Pickup Date equal to 13-Jan-2011 14:53:00 (saved on database as 13/01/2011 05:53:00);
* Late Delivery Date equal to 17-Jan-2011 14:53:00 (saved on database as 17/01/2011 13:53:00).

2. After creating a buy shipment, open it in the edit mode, Start Time and End Time are set to the following values:

* Start Time: 13-Jan-2011 14:53:00 (on database: 13/01/2011 5.53.00)
* End Time: 13-Jan-2011 06:53:00 (on database: 13/01/2011 5.53.00)

3. The resulting buy shipment cannot be saved with these values; you get the following error: Start Date must be earlier or equal to End Date.
