Symptoms

When trying to upload budgets using Web ADI, the Upload Parameters window shows the following error.

The results of the upload cannot be displayed.
Contact your system administrator if this problem persists.
This was due to a program fault. Leave this window open to have it make more attempts to display the upload results.

Also the Microsoft Visual Basic window shows the following error.

Run-time error '457':
This key is already associated with an element of this collection

Additionally BNE log shows the following information.
