Symptoms
When attempting to run AR collections after upgrading from Release 11i to Release 12, the following error occurs.
ORACLE error 6550 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00201: identifier 'CN_COLLECT_INVOICES_82.COLLECT' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 1575
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Attempt ro run collections for receivables and process errors.
Incentive Compensation Manager > Tasks > Collect Transactions
Transaction Source: Receivables Posting
Transaction Type: collect invoices
