Unable to Display All of the Rules for a Classification Rule Set on the User Interface Page

Symptoms
You do not see all of the rules listed on the Classification Rule Set page for your Classification Rule Set.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Plan Administrator > Product Classification > Maintain Classification Rules Sets
- Query your Classification Rule Set > Click on the desired rule set name
- Click on Expand All under the Classification Rules section of the page
