Symptoms

When attempting to run Shipments Interface Import, it errors with:

INL.PLSQL.INL_INTERFACE_PVT.Import_LCMShipments >> User-Defined Exception
ORA-01403: no data found in Package INL_SHIPMENT_PVT Procedure Check_PoPriceTolerance


Also:

When attempting to create Simulation - using 'Simulate' button, the following error occurs:
ORA-20001: Conversion is not defined for PKC10092 from CS-Case to LB-Pounds. ORA-06512: at "APPS.INL_LANDEDCOST_PVT", line 561 in Package INL_LANDEDCOST_PVT Procedure Manage_Proportion
