Tax Information Gets Overwritten During Approver Checkout And Not Carried Forward To Autocreated PO (Doc ID 1299520.1)

On Applications 12.1.2:
When the approver edits the requisition, tax information eg classification code overridden by the requestor is not retained and also not carried forward to autocreated PO

1. As Preparer create a requisition and override eg the Tax classification code to a different value.
2. As Approver click on edit requisition and change some attribute.
3. During approver checkout, see on checkout summary page, that the Tax Value is redefaulted to original value and the value overridden by the  preparer is not seen.

Expected Behaviour
Expect to see changed Tax Classification Code from Requester to be kept and not lost
