Symptoms

After opening the Dispatch Center, and displaying the relevant tasks in the Task grid or on the Gantt Chart, it is found that when right-clicking in either region, a pop-up menu appears displaying many additional related functions.  In some cases this list goes beyond the width of the screen, and it is not possible to scroll to see the full details.
