Cannot View The Product Categories Whilst Creating An Opportunity In Telesales Or Sales Online

A new product category was created using the following steps as from <Note 396079.1>:
Creation of Product Categories: Flexfield Structure - Product Catagories
Creation of a Product Hierarchical Catalog:
Description - TELESALES_SK
Flex Structure - Product Categories
Controlled At Master Level Default Category - CERDO
Allow Multiple Item Category Assignments - No
Enforce List of Valid Categories - Yes
Enable Hierarchy for Categories - Yes
Raise Item Catalog Assignment Change Event - Yes
Raise Alternate Catalog Hierarchy Change Event - Yes
Raise Catalog Category Change Event - Yes
Attachment of the Product Catalog to the Product Reporting Functional Area
In the table choose Functional area =Product Reporting and Category Set =Product Catalog created (TELESALES_SK)
Run Concurrent Request Load Catalog Hierarchy:
Concurrent Program: Load Catalog Hierachy
Parameter - Refresh mode Full or Partial
However, when creating an Opportunity in TeleSales no product is returned in the LOV.
