MFS Laptop Not Showing Correct IB Configuration For Debrief Instances

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Cannot find all parts that should appear in the Instance Configuration for Debrief.
On the laptop, only a subset of the entire configuration is visible when expanding the configuration tree, compared the entire configuration as shown in Install Base (on the server)
All related parts should be present so they can be entered for Debrief (i.e. when the SR was on a parent instance, but the actual broken and replaced part is a child)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web To Go
2. Search Task Number
3. Go to Quick Debrief or Material Reporting
4. Change Service Activity Code to Recovered Part
5. Expand Configuration
