Symptoms

Created a custom WebAdi responsibility using a custom menu, including the following:
Function: Launch Journal Wizard (User Function Name: GL_ADI_JOURNAL_WIZARD_LAUNCH, Description:  Journal Wizard Launch Page)
Menu: GL_JOURNAL_ADI_HOME_MENU (Description: Journal Wizard Home Page Menu)

Attempted to use this responsibility to launch journal wizard and encountered this

ERROR: 
Please resolve the following error to continue:
SQLGL:JOURNALS_120 is an invalid Integrator Key

The BNE (WebAdi) logfile shows:
2/23/11 4:47 PM AJPRequestHandler-HTTPThreadGroup-6 WARNING BneSecurityRule.accessAllowed(): Ensure the user has one of the functions BNE_ADI_CREATE_DOCUMENT,BNE_CREATE_DOCUMENT,GLXBDENT_J,GLXJEENT_A,GLXJEENT_E,GLXJIRUN in their current menu. FND_FUNCTION.TEST() must return Y on one of these functions.
