Account Number Doesn't Default in View when Only One Account on Organization (Doc ID 1299920.1)

Since the Business Level is Account, when entering the Collections Agent (IEXRCALL) form, the View = Account and the value is empty. When you enter an Organization name, the value on the Account is still empty. You must click on the elipsys or LOV to get the value to fill in so that the data on the forms complete. If there is no value in the Account then the data in the tabs below remain blank.
If the customer only has 1 account, entering the Organization name should automatically complete the value in the Account field.
