Symptoms

Unable to post transactions to GL. Create Accounting debug log file shows:

-979 : ORA-00979: not a GROUP BY expression
l_bal_retcode = U
l_bal_msg_count = 1
l_bal_msg_data = FND FND_AS_UNEXPECTED_ERROR N PKG_NAME FUN_BAL_PKG N PROCEDURE_NAME JOURNAL_BALANCING N ERROR_TEXT ORA-00979 not a GROUP BY expression.
