Last updated on JUNE 25, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Payments - Version 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 [Release 12.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Credit card encryption fails from both Payments transaction tab and Order Management with following error:

auth engine code :=IBY_10006
auth engine msg :=Key cannot have trivial or NULL value.

Authorization is successful when encryption is disabled.

Verified that wallet exists in the location indicated in IBY_SYS_SECURITY_OPTIONS.SYS_KEY_FILE_LOCATION column.

Wallet file cwallet.sso has required permission and can be accessed from all nodes.

Still the issue persists.
