--- Problem description
When one runs the concurrent program Synchronize WF LOCAL tables, the following error occurs :

Error Log : ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P003, instance <Instance Name> (2) ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found

1. Login
2. Run the concurrent program Synchronize WF LOCAL tables
3. Get the error
