Goal

Question1:
Unable to view other people's operations in a work order when using Maintenance User Workbench responsibility. This issue occurred after our system got upgraded to R 12.1.2.
In 11i instance, we are able to see other people's operation in a work order.

Question2:
New Profile option 'EAM: Maintenance Supervisor' will not provide a solution (does not provide the same 11i behavior). For example, setting the profile to Yes, an user is given a list of work orders which are under a specific resource and department. In other words, the list may contain work orders which do not belong to a specific user. It does not filter a list of work orders which actually belong to a specific person.
