"Track By Secondary Segment" Is Greyed Out For Secondary Ledger Setup (Doc ID 1300796.1)

Goal

Primary Ledger set up is completed.
At a later date decide to add a Secondary Ledger.
“Track by Secondary Segment” is greyed out for the Secondary Ledger setup even though the setup of the Secondary Ledger is incomplete.

Result is unable to complete the set up of the Secondary Ledger with 'tracking by secondary segment' checked.
