Querying Credit Memos In iReceivables Is Very Slow

Find that while trying to query credit memos, it takes 3 minutes to come back.

Expect ...the application to return in less than 30-40 seconds.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: AR_SUPERUSER
1.Navigate to iReceivables
2.Query for a Customer number
3.In the details that appear click on the icon in Account summary for any location applicable.
4.Click on the Account tab.
5.In the Search criteria give the status as 'Any Status' and Transaction Class as 'Credit Memo'
6.Click 'Go'
