In the Install Base interface, users are seeing errors like:

Transaction type: CSISOSHIP
Error Message: One of the record (Identified by record index X) in the transaction detail table (Item ID: XXXXX) has more than one parent specified in the item relationship table. Please check the values in the Subject ID and the Object ID columns.

Upon reviewing the IBtxerr.sql results for the transaction, the CSI_T_TXN_LINE_DETAILS has extra lines in it that are not part of the shipping information.

Information is not correct in the Install Base
